Happy Saturday everyone! Are you getting geared up to take the kiddos out for Trick-or-Treat? When is your community Trick-or-Treating? Tonight or tomorrow night? Here in my community, it will probably end up being either night since no community wide decision was made. I say the more candy, the sweeter! I think we have decided to head out tonight!
This week at Stamp, Scrap & Doodle, the challenge is buttons! We want to see what you create with more than one button. Our wonderful sponsor this week is Doodles by Hope Jacare. She has the most amazing images! They are so much fun to color. Be sure to pop over to her store to see all that she has to offer. Be sure to check out her blog too.
Hope gave the SSDS Design Team some images to play with. I used the Sam Scarecrow image. Isn't it cute? I just love the birds on his hat! I used this weeks sketch from Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #77. The patterned paper is CM and I colored Sam with copic markers.
We would love to have you join us this week at SSDS. So get creating with those buttons.
Happy Halloween!!!

Stamp, Scrap & Doodle Saturday!
Happy Saturday everyone! This weekend is Homecoming here at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and it's also the weekend of the annual Kentuck Festival of the Arts! Needless to say, we are very busy this weekend! Fun, fun!!!
This week at Stamp, Scrap & Doodle, we've got a sketch challenge for you. I love sketch challenges!
We have a fabulous sponsor this week...My Grafico. Be sure to stop by the My Grafico store to see all the new designs. They have so much to offer! The winner will receive a digi stamp collection of their choice up to a $5 value from the My Grafico store!
I decided to create a Halloween card. I love this time of year and the fun Halloween colors! I used an old paper pack from Hobby Lobby to create this card and a couple of stickers from Sticko. I cut the corner flourish using my Slice and heat embossed it. All in all, it's not my favorite but it turned out pretty cute!
We'd love to see your take on this sketch...so join us this week at Stamp, Scrap & Doodle Saturday!
Other Challenges:
Glitterbabe's - Halloween
Creative Cottage - Halloween

October 9 - Stamp, Scrap & Doodle
Happy Saturday! After a week of wonderfully cooler weather here in Alabama, the weather gods have decided that we need to feel the heat of summer one more time. We are supposed to have highs in the low 90's today. While this is much better than the oppressive 100 degree high humidity days of August....I am ready for fall to stay with us for a little while!! Anyway....
This week at Stamp, Scrap & Doodle the challenge is a Fall or Halloween. Things are getting spooky around my house so I went with Halloween. Our sponsor this week is Delicious Doodles. If you haven't seen these cute images check them out! The winner of this week's challenge will get 4 images of her choice! Awesome!
I decided to paper piece my image! This is a challenge for me....I lack a steady hand when cutting with a craft knife! I'm pretty please with how it turned out! All the patterned paper is Recollections Ravenhead Manor collection.
I know you are creating fall/Halloween themed projects right now, so enter them in this week's challenge! We'd love to see what you create!
Additional Challenges:
Charisma Cardz - Fall Colors
Meljen's - Halloween
The Treehouse - Spooky Colors
Simon Says - Halloween
Fussy and Fancy - Halloween
Scrapbook Sisters - Full Moon (Thanks Julie)

This week at Stamp, Scrap & Doodle we have a super easy challenge for you.....ANYTHING GOES!!! So, whatever you are working on, link it up! We'd love to see your projects!
Our sponsor this week is the fabulous Ginger Loft! If you haven't been by the Ginger Loft store be sure to stop by. She has some of the most beautiful intricate images along with the fun cute images we all love so much. The winner will receive 3 digis of their choice from Ginger Loft.
I used a Ginger Loft image to create a little goodie bag. I got this design idea from Sarah from Pink Cricut. I colored the image with copics and used CM cardstock with my cuttlebug! The sentiment is a Kaiser rub-on.

TGIF!
*****BLOG CANDY - See details HERE******
Happy Friday everyone! I've been home sick the last two days thanks to an icky cough and head cold. I am finally feeling a tad bit better and decided to get a little crafty this evening. This card was created using this freebie from Meljen's Designs. I used this weeks Midnight Madness Sketch #73 and Meljen's monochromatic challenge as my primary jumping off point. Meljen's challenge this week is for Operation Write Home. Check out more information about OWH HERE.http://meljensdesignsdt.blogspot.com/2010/09/challenge-27-operation-write-home-new.html I colored the image with copic markers and then went over the entire image with chalk. The two accent leaves are from the same Meljen's image just bigger and printed on patterned paper. The paper is MME. Thanks for looking!
Challenges:
Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge - Sketch #73
Meljen's Designs - Monochromatic
Stampin' for the Weekend - Autumn
StampitCrazy - Anything goes
Make it Crafty - Anything goes
Craftalicious - Harvest Festival/Autumn
Tuesday Taggers - Autumn
For Fun Challenges - Fall/no Halloween
